Floating Sound Bath

We are back at it again for

SUMMER 2025 FLOATING SOUND, this time at LONG LAKE!​

​WEATHER PERMITTING

~Due to the unique weather patterns here on the peninsula, outdoor events may be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance. We do our best to monitor the radar in hopes of making the safest and most relaxing experience for participants!

DIRECTIONS

~Take HWY 13 to Wannabo Road

~Go up Wannabo for roughly 6 miles

~Take a right onto Long Lake Recreation Area AKA Forest Service Road 435

Then a left on FR 1890

Instead of going into main entrance

~ Take a right on FR1890A to the Fishing / picnic area ~ 2 min drive

Parking is available there!!!

~$5 entrance/parking fee to be paid via cash to Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest

~$20 Suggested donation for event

WHAT TO BRING

~A floating device of your choosing:  Paddle board, floaty, inflatable mattress, etc

~11 inflatable mattresses and 8 water hammocks are available for use on a first come, first serve basis

EXTRA INFORMATION

Phone service is not very available at Long Lake. If you think you'll have problems with directions, download the map photos (below) or visit the site in advance.
