Beach Yoga + Sound

Join Shari and Natalie for Beach Yoga + Sound Healing + Sauna & Lake Superior Cold Plunge every Wednesday from 5-7pm! Enjoy a half hour of guided yoga and a half hour sound bath followed by leisurely sauna and cold plunge. The newly renovated BOATHOUSE is available for inclement weather days. Participants need to be able to use stairs in order to access the beach and the boathouse. We are asking all participants to enjoy the space until 7pm. Please drive slowly along Howell Road as to not disturb the neighbors.
