About the event
Come celebrate the Wheel of the Year with regenerateive Yin Yoga and Massage lead by Christine, as well as Sound Bath and Light Massage by Natalie. Lughnasadh is the midpoint between Summer Solstice and Fall Equinox, where the first harvest is celebrated. Join us to honor the Earth's natural cycles and attune to the frequency of the season. All props are provided. Guests are welcomed to bring a gift for the altar.
