About the event
Join Christine and Natalie for an evening of deep rest and quiet renewal at the peak of summer light and energy. You will be gently guided into supported yoga poses using a bolster, blocks, and blankets so your body can fully surrender and soften as it’s gently held by the Earth. Crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments with their waves of tone and vibration will move through the space, guiding you inward, steadying the breath, and quieting the mind.
After the practice, stay in community for a summer solstice inspired mocktail crafted by Natalie and a relaxing chair massage as we bask in the goodness of summer’s energy.
