About the event
Join me for an hour of melting into healing sound frequencies! You'll lie in a supported position on a yoga mat with blankets and blosters. Sound baths are known to calm the nervous system, improve sleep, and reduce pain. This class is free for Wild Rice Retreat Guests and open to commiunity members for $25 drop in fee and free for local commiunity tribal members. Please sign up at the WRR Front Desk
