East West Massage

A beautiful blend of Eastern Shiatsu and Western Therapeutic Massage Techniques.

Shiatsu massage is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine and uses acupressure points to stimulate the proper flow of Qi to create physical and energetic balance. This style of massage uses rhythmic kneading, direct pressure, and passive stretching.

Blend Shiatsu with deep therapeutic massage that focuses on productive change to relieve any discomforts will leave you feeling more open, with more space created for movement and proper flow .

Tuning forks are often added to stimulate knots and acupoints to facilitate change in tissue and to relax the body and mind.

Cupping, moxibustion and auricular therapy may be added into sessions, with your consent.

Note from Your LMT:
My massage style focuses on therapeutic balance rather than pure relaxation.

I address imbalances in the body to promote harmony and optimal function.
My primary aim is to create space that allows muscles and Qi (energy) to operate and flow at their full potential.

Please note that I do not offer lymphatic drainage massage. If you're seeking a specialist in this modality, feel free to email me for a referral to a qualified therapist who can assist you.
“Idk what you did but you are magic. I feel so good. 11 years my back never stopped hurting. I still feel brand new.”
