Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I understand fully that life happens, and cancellations are sometimes necessary. My time and services are valuable. The ability to look at the day ahead and prepare physically, spiritually, and emotionally are extremely important with this type of client-centered work. The following policies are in place to reciprocate a relationship of mutual respect and understanding. 24-Hour Advance Notice is Required when cancelling an appointment. If you'd like to gift your appointment to a friend or family member, that's great! Please let me know in advance (feel free to send a quick text). If you are unable to give 24-hour advance notice your deposit amount will be forfeited. No-shows are defined as anyone who’s expected to show up and doesn’t. No-shows forfeit the deposit amount of their appointment costs. Have trouble showing up on time? Late Arrivals may end up having their session time shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will be responsible for full payment even if your appointment length had to be shortened due to your tardiness. If you're running late, just shoot me a quick text.
